Yes, this year’s challenge requires access to a gym. If you don’t have a gym membership, we offer home workout guides you can follow; however, these are not included in this year’s challenge.
The 8-Week Lower Body Challenge kicks off on Monday, January 6, and runs through Sunday, March 2. Registration closes on January 13.
The guide we are following during the challenge is famous for its transformation power - just see the incredible before/after photos of previous participants. The guide is a full-body programme with an emphasis on the lower body where you can either choose Build for building more muscles, or Shred which includes more cardio. Tailored to your goals!
This challenge is for anyone ready to build sustainable workout routines, strengthen their body, and elevate their confidence as they kick off 2025. Whether you’re a beginner or have prior gym experience, all you need is the commitment to train 4 or 5 days per week.
